FIT: Functional Inclusive Training

Functional Movement, Strength and Conditioning for Teen Athletes

Geared toward young athletes, this class will help build confidence, teach proper technique, and inspire a healthy work ethic.  Our experienced coaches take a holistic approach when training young athletes by prioritizing physical health, safety, and success along with social skills building through fitness. Taught in a small group format, this class meets twice a week for four weeks. 

Increase performance in these focus areas:

  • Flexibility, mobility, and strength in all ranges of motion

  • Core strength and stability

  • Cardiovascular endurance

  • Acceleration, deceleration, and change of direction

Consistency is the key to progress.  Classes canceled with less than 24 hours notice can not be rescheduled.
