Pricing and Policy

Class Attendance / Make-ups

Please review our policy as listed on the yearly registration form that was signed when you enrolled with us, which is listed below.

We provide one (1) make up lesson per month, which will be scheduled within 30 days, make-ups will not accrue.  We don’t provide credits for any missed classes, this includes, last minute cancelations, no show for lessons, or sickness. Further, if we schedule a make-up lesson and you don’t show, you forfeit the make-up. Of course, we understand emergencies happen, so contact us to discuss if an emergency cancelation is necessary.

If you are going to be absent, please notify us as soon as you know (preferably by phone or text). That way we can use that time slot to schedule a make-up lesson for someone else. Our instructor’s time is very valuable, please be respectful of that.   Our lessons are structured and designed for your child's specific needs, their day and time, which makes it challenging for us to reschedule lessons.  *The instructors are scheduled and paid to be here for your child’s lesson.  The truth is, we must pay staff when you don’t show, and then pay them a second time for coming in to work makeup classes, and we won’t be able to sustain our program if we continue with this practice.

Please make sure students arrive a few minutes early for their lessons, to allow time for changing and making a smooth transition, and so that the instructor may start on time.  All lessons will end on time, regardless of whether the student is here on time to start.

Make-ups- For those lessons that are make-up eligible, we will do our best to schedule the makeup within 30 days. If you cancel your scheduled makeup lesson, you will lose that lesson. We will not be able to reschedule missed makeups.

Lastly, if you do have to cancel with less than 24hrs notice, please do so by calling or texting us at 609-812-2566
