Summer Gymnastics - School Age

Pennington Location

Summer Gymnastics are a great way to foster your child’s love for gymnastics. Imagine your child surpassing competitive barriers, and being accepted just for who they are. Envision your child experiencing joy while continually developing gross and fine motor skills, behavioral and social skills.

Gymnastics fundamentals form the core of our youth program and are tailored to challenge your child according to their individual abilities.

Our programs focus on building self-confidence and self-esteem while developing strength, flexibility, and coordination—skills that benefit your child throughout their life.

Gymnastics - Private

This class is most appropriate for students that are independent in behavior and skills. We will work on functional movements as well as socialization.

Tiny Crawlers

Age 6 mths-11 mths: This is a 45 min class with 30 min. structured learning and 15min open play. A hands-on class with a parent or caregiver for young children to develop gross motor skills like standing, walking, and jumping. A parent or guardian must participate in the class with the child

Kinder

We want to introduce young children to gymnastics through a fun and engaging curriculum that emphasizes movement, strength, flexibility, and coordination, while promoting socialization in a safe environment. Kindergarten age 5/6

Preschool

We want to introduce young children to gymnastics through a fun and engaging curriculum that emphasizes movement, strength, flexibility, and coordination, while promoting socialization in a safe environment.

School-Age

Children 6-8 (1st grade and up)(1 hour): Students will work on the basic skills of gymnastics on each apparatus. They will work on perfecting their rolls, handstands, bridges, and cartwheels on floor; casting and pullovers on bars; walking, mounting and dismounting on beam; and basic vaulting. They will also work on developing strength and flexibility needed to further develop their skills. Class placements will also be based on skill level and age.

Consistency is the key to progress.  Classes canceled with less than 24 hours notice can not be rescheduled.
